CANISTER EXCHANGE DETAILS:
MX FACTOR’S CANISTER EXCHANGE PROCESS IS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR EASE AND CONVENIENCE. When your canister is empty, simply call us at (888) USE-MXNOW (873-6966) and let us know you need a canister exchanged. We will route a driver to your location within 4-5 business days to exchange your canister with a full replacement. Remember, it may take up to 5 days for us to replace the canister, so be sure you have an extra canister on hand to use.

HOW MUCH PRODUCT IS IN THIS CANISTER?
The product in one MX Factor canister equals approximately 2 cases of aerosol cans.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A CANISTER GETS DAMAGED?
MX Factor will accept a damaged canister for exchange, at the current exchange price, as long as the body of the canister is not damaged. Damage to the top collar or bottom footring will not affect your ability to exchange the canister.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY HOSE ASSEMBLY BREAKS?
The hose assembly will be replaced by MX Factor, at no charge to the customer, if a malfunction occurs due to a defect in the original product. Customers may purchase replacement hoses if damage such as broken aerosol tips or cut hoses occur.
